Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all eBook sales are final and non-refundable once the purchase is completed.
However, we want you to have the best experience possible. Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

You were charged multiple times for the same purchase.

You did not receive your eBook due to a technical issue, and I have been unable to get it to you by other means.

The eBook file is corrupted or unreadable, and we cannot provide a functional replacement.
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us using the contact form in the header within 30 days of your purchase with your order details. We will review your request and work toward a resolution.

Shipping Policy

As our store exclusively sells digital eBooks, there are no physical shipments required.

Delivery Policy
​
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link for your eBook.
In most cases, access is immediate, but please allow up to 1 hour for processing at the recipient side.
If you do not receive your download link, check your spam/junk folder or contact us using the contact form in the header for assistance.
